Great house and location

Our family had a fabulous weekend at this house. Perfect for multiple couples each able to have their own room and bath. It was easy walking distance from delicious restaurants, cafes, and bars each day. It had good Kitchen amenities like coffee makers, wine glasses and bottle openers. There are sun chairs and a small pool to relax in or sit on the porch and read.

This home was amazing and exactly what we needed!

We were celebrating my 50th birthday with really close friends from all over the country. The home was amazing! It is beautifully furnished and in such a great location! We were able to walk everywhere we went whether it was for morning coffee/breakfast, shopping, exploring historic Charleston, or even to our various dinner spots! So many special touches in the house from toiletries, local coffee and games! Thank you for an amazing stay and so many fun memories!

Cooper River Run Trip

This place is really fantastic. The outdoor living area is special. Lots of seating and the little pool was a hit. The house is in incredibly good shape, having been renovated recently. Modest walk to King St makes the location great. The communication with the owner/concierge was over the top- shout out to Carly! Stay Duvet has short term rentals figured out - we have stayed at more than a few now. This property makes no excuses, and we are booking it for next year!

Property was clean and fully supplied (except cocktail shaker). Options for dinner within walking distance were limited, and although we took the free DASH shuttle at times, not sure all guests would be comfortable with that - so lots of Uber/ Lyft expenses.

Great Home for Friends

We had a great time in Charleston as this home was in an excellent location. Easy to walk to King street near shops, restaurants, etc. The home was large enough for our group of (12) adults. Having the top floor gathering space with kitchen table, couch, chairs and outdoor deck allowed our group to be all together. Every room having a bathroom was exactly what we wanted. The bathrooms are a bit small but having your own space is necessary with (12) adults. Plunge pool was perfect as well as an ideal gathering space. We used the plunge pool daily. If you need a large house to entertain guests, this is perfect. Would most definitely stay again, and again!

Total success!

12 person surprise party for my wife’s 40th…people traveling from all over the country. Everyone raved about the house and the the Holy City; many had never been there. House was well appointed and very clean. Everything worked as designed…not always the case with rentals. Recommend to anyone looking for a good time!

wonderful family spot

This property was just as described - spacious large bedrooms, each with private bath - great family gathering space. We were 12 and enjoyed the well equipped kitchens, lovely patios and porches. All in all, we loved our time. The younger crowd of our family enjoyed walking to the many restaurants, bars and shopping spaces nearby and on King St., the rest of us were fulfilled with the museums, parks and sights within good distance. Great family time, and the week went by too quickly. We'd all like to return.

A mixed review

Lots of room and nice settings for gathering our group together. Towel racks and hanging space for clothes were noticeably limited. ONGOING Construction 10 ft from outdoor spaces ( porches and patios )was more than annoying at times. Entertainment provided by numerous large rats scurrying around the construction site when workers left for the evening. (Photos can provided on request) once rats are cleared and construction completed this house will be more inline with its price of rental. Because it’s proximity to rats and trash in the shrubs around the house I would rate cleanliness a 3.5*

College friends reunion

This was a perfect place for friends to meet up, enjoy the beautiful house and back yard, and be very close to restaurants, bars and shopping. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and the living area, especially in the upstairs unit is amazing.

Girls Trip

I stayed here with 10 girlfriends and had the absolute best experience! Great location, well stocked, and parking was a breeze! We absolutely loved it and were ready to move in by the end of the weekend. I will recommend to everyone!!
