Overall, this condo matched the listings and generally met the needs of our party of 7 (2 families, including 3 young adults). Great location for exploring Charleston. Very walkable, near lots of restaurants. A few things to note: Importantly, this condo is not accessible for anyone with limited mobility/trouble with stairs. There is only one parking space with property (though there was a parking garage close by). One ensuite master is very small -- very tight space, almost no place to put luggage, we kept ours in the hallway. Condo was showing some wear and tear - some stains on carpets; a few scrapes/scratches on walls; some electrical outlets not working; wifi didn't work and we needed to get assistance (and they did enable us to connect to an alternate network). Level of kitchen supplies clearly assume you will mostly be eating out. Property owned by a corporate entity -- so you won't be dealing with a specific person.
