Palmetto Perch - Fully Stocked Wild Dunes Condo with Pool, Close to Beach

Welcome to Palmetto Perch at Lagoon Villas, a comfortable vacation retreat that is conveniently located to all Wild Dunes amenities, including beach, golf, restaurants, and meeting spaces.

Overlooking the lagoon, it has two bedrooms with recently renovated ensuite bathrooms, wifi, and a fully stocked kitchen. Located in the best and most quiet part of the community, you can enjoy its two balconies, open vaulted living and dining room, and community pool. It includes an open living plan with high ceilings and spacious seating, decorated in calming ocean blues. Its fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and is stocked to ensure you have everything you need while you vacation. Located just off the living room, it has a breakfast bar with stools and is open to the living area. Washer and dryer in unit makes it a breeze to keep clothes and beach towels clean.

The primary bedroom is appointed with a King bed, private balcony for two, and attached bath. Second bedroom has two Queen beds, its own balcony with seating for four, and an attached bath. The living room has a large picture window and two balconies that overlook the lagoon, where you can wake up with coffee or watch the sun set while also viewing Wild Dunes Links Course.

The rental is perfectly situated in the resort, within a ten minute walk to the beach, Habour Course, tennis course, and restaurants in the hotel.

Palmetto Perch includes access to the Lagoon Villas pool, wifi, and cable TV. You have full access to the beach and golf courses.

We had a wonderful week on Wild Dunes with two kids. We enjoyed sipping coffee and looking at all the wildlife from the porch each morning. Quick bike ride to the beach and resort.

Very nice condo in Isle of Palms

This is a very nice condo, as advertised. Clean and close to the beach. Short distance to Charleston and everything it has to offer. We didn’t have any issues, the host was very prompt in responding to questions, will stay again.

Great place in IOP!

This was our first time in Isle of Palms and it’s a GREAT place to stay. We particularly like the layout of the unit - 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for each and then the common area with living and kitchen. We stayed here for a few days before boarding a cruise out of Charleston and it was perfect. The ability to launder our beach & travel clothes before the cruise and use of the owner’s beach chairs & wagon was a huge plus! We hope to be back again one day!

Nat Geo in the Backyard

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We saw birds, deer, fish, and alligator from the back porches. Easy beach access. Close to resort amenities. Pool was clean. Kids loved the nearby fishing dock.

Beautiful condo, lagoons had all sorts of beautiful birds and alligators. Very close to beach. Owners and cleaners very communicative (the cleaner forgot to leave dishwasher soap and it was immediately dropped off).

An absolutely awesome experience . The place was extremely clean. The king size bed was unbelievably comfortable I enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the water. Lots of wildlife. Very peaceful. I highly recommend.

Nice and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay. It was a cute little villa in a quiet area. My only issue was the lock was broken on the sliding glass door in the main bedroom so we couldn’t lock it. Owner may want to fix that. Quick walk to the beach, it was a fun time!

Wonderful vacation!

This was a perfect location for our family trip (me, my husband and three young adult sons). The condo was lovely and bigger than we expected. We saw turtles, deer, an osprey fishing, many wading birds and even a small gator, all from the deck. The walk to the beach is easy and a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and towels were available for use. The drive into Charleston was 20-35 minutes which made it easy to take in some of the city attractions in the daytime and enjoy the beach in the afternoons and evenings. Highly recommend!

5 days at IOP

We visit IOP annually and love to stay at Lagoon Villas. I booked super late this year but was able to find a few days in June with Palmetto Perch. The condo is super clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked. The washer/dryer worked perfectly. We spent the majority of our time at the pool (rough waters at the beach) and had the best time. We will definitely try to book this property again in the future.

Great place and location! Highly recommend!

The villa is exactly as pictured and the hosts are wonderful! I had given up on renting via VRBO due to bad experiences, but I’m glad i gave it another try. This was a great experience and will rent this place and from these hosts again. It’s a short walk to the beach and to restaurants. Wild Dunes is amazing. Very beautiful with all of the trees. We also had a personal situation where the hosts were very understanding and willing to work with us. They are very kind and gracious. Don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed!

Lagoon villa

Nice condo, couch is very uncomfortable and looks dirty. Beds soft and comfortable for me (husband like firmer beds), linen seemed clean. Some of the silverware and pans were dirty. Not the best stocked kitchen for cooking., has plenty dishes to eating. Lighted path ends at the lagoon villas. Beach access is easy and close. Did not use any of the amenties since we were sight seeing most of the time
