The home had every accoutrement you could ask for: a well appointed kitchen, toys and books, a great spa/pool and an ideal location! The management team (Jessica) was wonderful to work with, professional, prompt and knowledgable. We would love to enjoy this property again in the future!

Great Family Gataway

This home is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating for adults in the living room and lots of space for kids to play in the room over the garage. The kitchen is well furnished also. Nice dishes for adults, nice unbreakable dishes for the kids. Plenty of drinkware and mugs. Great cookware and utensils. We all enjoyed the heated wading pool. Beautiful deck overlooks the golf course. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a great time!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They home was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. However we were extremely disappointed about the spa. We believe ESPM and the owners of the property were not upfront with us about the spa heating element not working. The spa was also full of debris. After multiple calls and text no maintenance came out to check on the spa in the 4 days we were there. The breaker box was turned off, which tell us there was a problem before we go there. The main reason we rented this property was for the spa. We believe the situation was not handle properly.

Lovely vacation home that has it all!

Check in and check out procedures were super easy with little required of the renter. The house was as described with a couple exceptions-beach towels were provided and the kitchen was not bare of oils, a few spices etc. The kitchen was absolutley stocked with anything you could need to cook a meal or enjoy a beverage of any type. The house was clean and adequately stocked with bath towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We enjoyed the deck and pool area. All furniture and pool were in working order.We rented bikes (one with a trailer) and rode to the beach. Bike rental is a must on the island. The kids all had activities inside and outside the home to keep them busy. The home is large enough for your party to space out and breathe/rest. The furniture and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend 13 Angler to anyone who wants to get away and relax. Our favorite meal was at The Royal Tern (worth the drive) and our least favorite was at Cherrywood BBQ. We loved Freshfields Village and visited several times. The Nest was also an easy bike ride for an afternoon snack or coffee. Thanks to the Kelly family for sharing their amazing home with us. We can't wait to come back.

We enjoy the sunroom as an ‘office’ or reading room near but separate from the family room. Bike ride to the beach is great and easy but a walk w/ kids or older folks is a bit much. The pool is just a plunge pool but nice for cooling off, or use as a hot tub. We’ve enjoyed this houser for several years and would love to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 13 Angler Hall was a great fit for us. Plenty of space and a nice updated kitchen that we used a couple nights. Location was great just past the Vandorhorst Gate so we were just minutes to any course. We had four guys in the trip and I drew the short straw so ended up with the upstairs room with the bunk beds. I am 6-foot tall and though I might have preferred one of the other bedroom I had no problems at all in this space. If you happen to have kids it's a perfect space with lots of room. If I had to nitpick anything, the pool was pretty much useless. A hot tub would have been great in its place for my achey back!

Great Family House!

The owners have done a nice job to make sure the house is comfortable and welcoming even greeting us with a beautiful Thanksgiving basket! Thank you! That was such a nice surprise! The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. We came here for Thanksgiving and I packed everything but the kitchen sink only to arrive and find out that I didn’t need a thing! We were a family of 4 adults and two young adults. Everyone had their own space and privacy. The house was clean and nicely appointed. The room above the garage was an added bonus for the kids. We had a couple of Foose ball tournaments and it allowed the girls a space to study for exams and do their yoga.. The weather was perfect for us to have morning coffee on the porch and watch the golfers play through. The location of the house (for our family) was great. We did long bike rides around the island and then jumped in the car to meet up with friends on the beach. It’s a great house and highly recommend it. A Wonderful Stay!

You won't regret booking here! The house was wonderful! Everything we could have possibly needed was at the house. My kids loved the bunk room and the pool/hot tub. The location of the house is perfect too if you are looking for a nice and quiet spot. The property manager was very helpful (lost remote, closest beach parking location, etc.) and all questions were answered quickly. My family and I loved everything about the house!

Excellent Property with Accommodating Rental Company

The property is in a great location right off the 9th tee box of Turtle. The well equipped kitchen made for dinner at the house very simple. We had several boxes delivered to the house prior to our arrival and the boxes were placed inside and on the porch so we were able to access those upon arrival. The property has a great layout where people can gather in the central rooms and then for sleeping arrangements have plenty of down time without being on top of each other. The plunge pool is a huge addition to the location as it made for perfect end after hot days on the course.

Family Vacation

Overall the property setup was great. The cleaning crew did a fair job, the sheets in an upstairs bathroom had what looked like blood stains. I don’t think those sheets were changed before we got there. Also the rug in the living room had not been swept. The bug situation was crazy, living bugs, dead bugs all throughout the house.
