「Outstanding hotel from which to explore the immense beauty of Charleston. Staff were all so fantastic from helping us check in early, to restaurant recommendations to facilitating our bag storage while we checked out and went to tour College of Charleston (reason for our trip). Rooms were very comfortable - spacious, nice linens, very clean. Hotel design is beautiful. Highly recommend. 」

「They overbooked our rooms so half of our party had to go to another hotel .4 miles away which was REALLY disappointing since we all live in different states and wanted to spend time together and not have to walk back and forth. The gym also was .4 miles away and had to pay a resort fee. Who wants to go that far to work out?? The hotel was nice and clean, staff friendly BUT SO FRUSTRATED about the rooms. Had they updated us prior we all could have gone to same hotel OR they could have sent...
