Summary:
Stay at our beautifully renovated flagship property under The Dunes brand! We acquired this 1905 Charleston Victorian home in the heart of Cannonborough in September 2019 and completely renovated it with professional interior design completed in March 2021. Just 2 blocks from King Street, this property boasts nearly 1850 square feet of perfectly designed space. The front house offers 3 full-sized bedrooms with two king beds and one queen bed, 2.5 bathrooms, a full sofa bed, and a twin day bed.

The Space:
Sea Glass Manor at the Dunes on Spring is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2023-04183.

The 3-bedroom front unit is 1850 square feet with 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen) and 2.5 bathrooms, as well as a dining room with day bed and living room with a queen sofa bed. The kitchen comes equipped with new refrigerator and dishwasher and a gas range that is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Spend your days enjoying all that Charleston has to offer and your evenings relaxing on the spacious front porch equipped with a porch swing or the private back porch!

Private, off-street parking in driveway, which fits 3 cars back-to-back.

We provide starter supplies for your stay to include a small shampoo, conditioner and body wash per person, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, small bottle of dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 spare trash bag, 2 packs of coffee and a handful of small creamers. After these initial supplies run out, we do not offer additional supplies. There are several convenience stores and grocery stores in the area for your convenience.

No parties and events are permitted at this property.

All guests, age 25 and up, staying at this property with Coastal Vacation Properties have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the Charleston peninsula.

The Wonderer includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the front property (Unit A) and will have all of the essentials you need during your stay. There are three parking spaces available back-to-back in the paved oyster shell driveway in the rear of the building. Please let us know if you need additional parking.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost. Day Passes are available with required pre-registration via a link that will be shared with you upon booking.

Day pass reservations at The Wonderer for guests of this property are completely free of charge. The Wonderer’s on-site parking lot is a paid lot, however there is free on-street parking in the area subject to availability.

Please note: availability at The Wonderer is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. The number of available day passes remains strictly first-come, first-serve. If you plan to enjoy The Wonderer anytime between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly suggest booking in advance to guarantee access.

The Wonderer has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old (unless you're a member, a guest of a member, or receive a special exception from club management).

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. Popular dining spots include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Five Loaves, R Kitchen, Estadio, Pink Cactus, and the Warehouse for drinks. The house is minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!

Getting Around:
The driveway will comfortably fit three cars back-to-back.

Other Things to Note:
Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property. Any sign of pets will incur additional fees starting at $500.

Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 11pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please take the party inside and be considerate of the neighbors.

No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

Please note that this property does contain external security cameras at the driveway and entryways for your protection.

Please note that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.

Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

Great House for a Charleston Visit
We really enjoyed our stay in Charleston and this home was great as a base home to go to all the areas in the city. We walked everywhere from here. Bring some good walking shoes to make it easier to get around. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds are ok and the water pressure Is a little weak but not bad considering the age of the home. We would stay here again for sure if we are lucky enough to visit again.

Short getaway!
Booked this house short notice after having a previous house cancel on us. Property was pretty accurate to the description and pictures. We enjoyed our stay here, everything we needed was provided and communication with the host was answered very quickly. Only suggestion I would have is to make sure there is hand soap in each bathroom, only one had it. Would like to have been a little closer to King Street as one of the people staying with us had a bad knee so it was hard to go far, but for younger people would definitely be doable. Other than that I have no complaints and would definitely book here again!
