Our rates reflect the care we put into maintaining this space and the consistent quality our guests expect. If you value a clean, quiet, and dependable stay, you’ll feel right at home here.

I personally clean and prepare the cottage after every guest. This isn’t a quick turnover — it’s a careful reset so each guest arrives to a spotless, welcoming space that feels brand new. My cleaning fee simply reflects that level of care and pride, guest consistently mention how exceptionally clean and well cared-for it is.
