Wonderful place to stay!

The property was perfect for a long weekend stay with friends and family! Every room had a nice on suite bathroom, and the whole house looked to be newly renovated. Exactly what we were looking for!

Great gathering place!

We had a great time at the Madison compound. Plenty of room and privacy for an and a great meeting space for meals, and conversations around the large center island in the kitchen. Thanks for your hospitality, we’ll be back!

Great house in charming neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at the Madison house and particularly enjoyed the large open kitchen and living area, the shaded upstairs porch, the rooftop patio, and the many walkable restaurants and coffee shops.

Great place for a girls trip

The house was beautiful and everyone having their own private bath was great! There are only 5 seats in the kitchen so if you plan to eat in (and the weather outside is bad), one person has to stand to eat. Overall, it was a fabulous house! We would definitely return!

Friends Reunion

It was a perfect home for 11 friends to converge in one location to share happy memories and acquire new ones. The 6 ensuite bedrooms were perfect for 5 couples and 1 single. The rooftop at night is very peaceful!

Very impressed with the clean and stylish accommodations! Spacious Bedroom/bath combinations were perfect! Everyone in our family enjoyed the stay at The Madison. Only one thing I'd change is how to work the TV remotes....couldn't get reception to work on main TV

Wonderful

The Madison was perfect for our family gathering. The area is safe and walking distance to King St. We enjoyed the roof top and the outside seating area.

Wonderful Property in great city!

Charleston Girls Trip

We had a fantastic time at this property. The kitchen was the best for having a girls trip as we all conjugated in the kitchen and living room. The rooms were perfect and each had a bathroom. Terrific for a big crowd!

This was a lovely, comfortable accommodation for our group of 12 gals. A nice bonus was that we could rent just the auxiliary units at the beginning and the end of the trip before and after everyone had gathered. We're all fit and energetic so the 1.5+ mile walk to the center of town was do-able. We enjoyed the rooftop deck, comfortable beds and oh-so-nice baths (one for each bedroom plus a powder room). A small disappointment for our several day stay was the fact of having only two garbage bags per kitchen bin, and two dishwashing pods. Ample cleaning supplies behooves everyone, and, after all, this is a "luxury" accommodation where more could reasonably be expected. Worse, there was not even salt and pepper in the house, a first in my experience. We didn't discover that fact until breakfast was hot and ready and unseasoned since there were (totally empty) ceramic shakers prominently displayed on the stove. We left behind purchased salt/pepper shakers to prevent the next hapless guests having a similar experience to ours. But, other than these minor gripes, a great stay!

Annual Get Together With Friends

The house was stunning! We all loved the amenities in the kitchen. Proximity to downtown activities was great and Ubers made it easy to get wherever we wanted. Six bedroom suites accommodated our party of 10 perfectly! Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Charleston needing 1-6 bedroom suites!!
