“This place is awesome! We were in for the derby and it’s a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood! Beautiful river in the back. Clean, plenty of linens, fully stocked kitchen! ”

“Check in was easy. Host was very accommodating to our flight schedule. Bathroom and bedrooms were very clean and well decorated. The sun porch and hot tub were definitely our favorite spots to relax and enjoy the view. Downstairs is a perfect private space.”

“I think the kitchen was missing a few essential items and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Nothing major but it didn’t give the best first impression. Once we settled in, we saw the charm and appreciated that the home was functional. But little details like one tv remote not working, one porch light was out, no 9x13 baking dishes, and the property address not clear on the mailbox kept us from giving this a higher rating. We would stay with this host again since everything else was positive……
