Very close to downtown shopping, dining and Lake Michigan. Parking was easy and the screened in patio was nice for sitting in the morning and evening too.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay would have been fine but the GM was extremely rude on multiple occasions. The other staff were all great. She doesn't understand that her whole job is customer service. We will not be staying here again.

Mold in shower stains on furniture

The location was prime. The living room and porch was great the bedroom had old furniture with stains on it and the bathroom had mold in the shower. The mold in the shower was very unsettling and I would NEVER resent this unit because of it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids (both slept on pullout couch). Having a small kitchen/fridge is nice, though there was not a stove/oven. There is a screened in porch was great and it was very clean. The Condo is right next to the indoor/outdoor pool. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location to Charlevoix is ideal for walking downtown and to the beach. Only slight negative was the location of the condo is right next to the lobby/hallway of the building and the window of the bedroom looks out into the hallway so we made sure the curtains were shut 100% of the time. However this did not impact our stay, more FYI. Lastly, make sure you signout of the TV before 9am on checkout day as the Internet is automatically turned off (which we were not aware of). All in all we'd stay again!

Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent as we could walk to everything downtown. The room had potential but the cleanliness was lacking. The shower curtain was grody, and the tiles needed to be cleaned and resealed as there was a bit of mold starting. My wife accidentally stuck her hand between the cushions of the couch while moving and got an instant sickening feeling as it felt like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The outside patio was in need of some cleaning as well and although we couldn't have used the outside pool because my wife had recent knee surgery it was closed. The photos make you believe it is a swim out from the inside type pool but it looks like its only that way in the summer months and not into fall. I have used VRBO several times now and this is the first sad report I have ever given (I shared this because sometimes you wonder if the people commenting are just chronic complainers).
