Best place ever

We had to relocate temporarily from Hurricane Helene from Asheville. Victor was a great host. Extremely responsive and very flexible with our needs. The house is immaculate in cleanliness with more than enough room for our dog and family. Kitchen has everything you need. Neighborhood is nice, quiet and nice to walk in. Mount Holly is close by with restaurants and a great brewery. Hopefully next time we come to Charlotte it won’t be emergent. This place is a high recommend!

So, the house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. My daughter and I planned a fun-filled weekend for my mom's birthday with her and five of her friends. The house had plenty of space for entertaining and spacious bedrooms for my mom and her friends to sleep comfortably. My daughter and I got to the house a day early to set up a surprise welcome for everyone. Luckily, the property was pet-friendly, so I could bring my dogs over and get everything done before they arrived. And it was only 30 mins from my hotel in downtown Charlotte .The host was very informative about the area and provided me with all the information about local grocery shops and other recreational things to do in the area. The only issue i had was parking because it's only space for two cars in the driveway because the garage was not accessible which would have been very helpful😒. But overall, great home 🏡 will definitely book again

Overall a nice place.

Other than the yard being over grown with knee high weeds, and grass being mostly dead, the house itself was very nice. Communication with property manager was relatively quick, even late into the evening. House was clean and neatly kept.
