Great condo. Excellent location.
The location is perfect. Very nice neighborhood. Grocery store and pharmacy right across a small side road. Can easily walk there. Very quiet and safe. Condo was very clean. Fully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Couldn't have been better. Sara was great to deal with. Any time I go to Charlotte, this is where I'll stay.

Found a Real Gem in Charlotte!
Our quick trip to Charlotte was absolutely flawless because of staying in this beautiful, two-bedroom condo. The location was less than 3/4-mile away from our daughter and son-in-law, so we were able to walk, shop and enjoy three days of 80-degree weather and gorgeous fall colors. (It was cold and rainy back in Chicago.) Sara made us feel so welcome and communicated instructions clearly. The decorations were cheery and colorful; the layout was well designed; and we loved drinking coffee on the balcony in the sunshine. Hope to return again very, very soon!

Perfect Location
I would highly recommend staying at this lovely condo. Sara has supplied everything! The kitchen was stocked and so was the bathroom. We walked directly across the road to the grocery store, Starbucks and had dinner at the Char 7 Bar restaurant. Easy on and off the 485 and close to amazing shopping.The bathtub/shower was the only downside, and I can't really say that either...getting into the tub to take a shower is a very wide step and if the tub is soapy at all it is VERY slippery. Nothing to hang onto to help you in. If your balance is off a bit then it might be a bit difficult. Other than that I give this a 10 out of 10.

Golf weekend getaway
The house was very quiet and comfy! Communication was excellent and the house had everything we needed and nice treats we didn’t know we needed but really enjoyed. Walking distance to grocery and great restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Ok stay!
We stayed for a few days to attend the nascar race. Sara was quite easy to communicate with. However, we don’t love smart TV’s and had some trouble with the technology. A manual of how to/options would be a good idea as no 2 smart tvs are set up the same. Furniture wasn’t the most comfortable, quite stiff. Pillows could use some updating. The house was filled with items you would need and the kitchen was small but really nice to use for meals.

Charming Charlotte getaway
From start to finish, my stay at Charlotte was perfect! Sara is an excellent host; very quick to respond to questions/ concerns. I had no issues during my stay. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, very easy to get to. The shopping plaza is steps away with a fabulous little pizza place, grocery store, and Starbucks. Very clean and pleasant with an abundance of linens, blankets, pillows, and pretty much everything you could need in the kitchen! (The coffee maker can make a traditional pot of coffee, or single serve kcups 😁) Would absolutely book again next time I’m in the area 👍🥇🏡

Quiet stay, close to family
The property was perfect for my month long stay, close to my family, and close to all my shopping needs. Quiet neighbors, plenty of well lighted parking, safe residential area. Sara has taken care to stock the condo with every amenity possible, even provides the coffee for the new coffee maker, even plush bath robes. I definitely plan to look up this property again for extended stays. I was pleased in every way!

Amazing place!
Absolutely wonderful! I am even getting the same bed, was so comfortable i had no body pain. felt like a giant fancy cruise! Honestly, i could probably live there. Was just lovely! Don’t hesitate. Its even better in person than photos and the photos are incredible!

We had a great stay at the condo for a month. Since everything we needed was close by, it was very convenient. The owner, Sara, was attentive and answered our questions promptly. Lovely Condo Experience
Our family was very impressed with this quiet Airbnb. There were plenty of towels bath mats and bathroom extras. The shower/tub was very nice. The welcome treats and water in the fridge were a nice extra. This Airbnb condo was extremely clean and well decorated. Thermostat was easy to use and effective. There was lots of parking. It was within walking distance to grocery, drug store and restaurants . The TV had movies and the washer and dryer were very helpful. I would definitely want to stay at this condo the next time I bring our small family to Charlotte.

Great Location and Condo
Visited during Thanksgiving week 2018. Excellent communication with the owner, and Condo as described. The location is perfect... easy drive to shopping and uptown, about 20 minutes from the Airport. Shops across the street to include a Grocery Store. Very peaceful, quiet and safe location, along with easy/free parking. . Will stay here again. Thankful Sara let us in early on Thanksgiving Day...

Our safe harbor!
Evacuated the coast to this perfect condo. Well appointed right down to the fluffy terry robes. Sarah was the perfect host, chocolate, wine and flowers on our arrival. Well located near groceries and pharmacy as well as restaurants. It was our haven as we escaped hurricane Florence.

Very clean quiet and private. very convinient location as I was in Charlotte to play golf at some spectacular private courses. Less than 3 minutes to Quail Hollow Carmel country clubs. Starbucks, Grocery , CVS and a couple good places to eat you can walk across the street to. The pizza place /sports bar was great food and good action. Sara was available at the drop of a hat and help me with anything I needed, gave some great recommendations and was very pleasant. Short drive to fine dining spots. Didn’t shop but heard it’s nearby and fabulous. Plenty of parking right outside the door in a very safe and affluent area. I will surely return soon. Thank you Sara!😀👍😎🇺🇸

Beautiful Condo!
The condo was beautiful, clean, had a well stocked kitchen and the fresh flowers were a nice touch. Sara was great - checked in to make sure we were all set. Since we were about 25 minutes away from the rest of the family, we didn't spend any time in the area, but it's very nice. There's a grocery store, CVS and a pizza place across the street which is convenient.

Great place to stay
Although we had a glitch initially with communication from Homeaway ( not the owner) re: check-in instructions, we enjoyed everything about the condo. Spotless & clean, well-furnished & thoughtfully equipped with amenities, convenient to grocery stores, and only 20 minutes to the airport. Plenty of comfortable space for 2 couples! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered patio off the living room. Higjly recommended!

It is truly a wonderful condo in close proximity to Southpark mall and really good restaurants. A short drive to uptown Charlotte and extremely clean. I would definitely book again on a future visit.

Outstanding Value!!!
My husband and I were lucky enough to stumble upon this rental. We booked a visit just before Thanksgiving and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I have severe allergies and travel with allergy bedding, pillows, and a huge air cleaner. For the first time in years I can say that I can cut my "luggage" in half. Anybody that is allergic to dust will find a haven here. The condo is in a great location; restaurants, shopping, grocery store, and Starbucks are minutes away. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors. It is also stocked with necessities (loved the towels). I read a review that indicated the furniture was uncomfortable. so I wanted to address that. The beds are platform beds with just a mattress. They aren't the most comfortable for older people, but they aren't bad either. We didn't have any complaints about the other rooms at all. If I compared the condo with a hotel room, I will definitely take the condo. It has a full kitchen, living room, dining table, and more!!!! We highly recommend this rental! We will certainly book this unit the next time we are in town. We loved it!!!

I am sorry to say this, but our experience was not the same as all of the others that I read before renting this condo. It was clean as a whistle, that I can say. However, it was extremely uncomfortable. If you like IKEA furniture (hard, European) then you will be fine staying here. We had to go out and buy a gel mattress topper in order to sleep on the bed. We were in the apartment for 2 weeks. The internet was a huge problem while we were there. Sara tried for 1 1/2 weeks to get it resolved. In the end, two days before we left, she switched carriers. Finally, we had internet without having to unplug it every half an hour. We did not meet Sara in person, however, she did try to help with the internet situation. The location is great. Right across the street is a grocery store, 2 great restaurants. Starbucks, drug store, Great Clips, nail salon. So that was a plus. We are between homes and on the road. We didn't want to be eating out all of the time. The apartment was very limited when it came to cooking supplies. We made it work. There also is no cable in this apartment (only the antenna thing that gets stuck on the window). So, TV channels were very limited. We wanted to watch the baseball playoffs but that was not an option. I hate to write reviews that are not good. I wasn't going to write one at all, but felt like I should. We did not spend a lot of time in this apartment.

Hello Jackie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. First, let me say that we offer Hulu tv. and Netflix. You can stream everything-including sports- on our tv's. You may not be familiar with either one but it is actually better than standard cable tv. Secondly, the internet line was an issue with AT&T. As you know, we switched carriers to revolve the matter as quickly as we possibly could. As for everything else in the condo, we have everything down to razors, floss and even toothbrushes there for you to use. Our goal is to provide every single item that one would possibly need. That had earned us countless 5 star reviews.

Lovely Comfortable Home
My family and I were in Charlotte for a wedding. Sara's home was the perfect place for us to stay. Not far from the uptown activities and not far from the airport. The home is very clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store, Starbucks and a couple restaurants right across the street. I highly recommend this home.

Home From Home
Enjoyed a 2 week stay in this comfortable, well equipped apartment located in a really nice neighborhood. (BTW king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom). Met all the criteria for two seniors who don't drive; Harris Teeter is a two minute walk away and there are other convenient stores adjacent. Sara was most helpful / cheerful / prompt in accommodating our needs / concerns. We would definitely recommend this peaceful (and quite private) location to our friends and will certainly stay there again. Thank you Sara!

We took a girls trip to Charlotte for Carowinds and shopping, this condo was perfect for us. The owners are very thoughtful and have everything you might need for your stay. We were able to walk to Starbucks every morning as well as walk to the grocery store and a couple of restaurants.

I loved It!
Our stay at the condo was wonderful! The location was so convenient to everything - grocery store, restaurants, etc. and the parking was directly in front of the condo. It was decorated nicely and very comfortable. It was in a nice area of Charlotte - South Park with easy access to other areas. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great location for a golf getaway base camp. Within 20-40 minutes of many public golf courses. Short walk across street to food market, pharmacy and pizza restaurant. Only issue was no ESPN on cable service.
