Wonderful stay

One of the best air b&b for the price especially in charlotte my puppy loved the back yard. thank you so much for letting us barrow your drive way so we could get home. will definitely recommend to other friends and looking forward to future stays

We enjoyed our stay here. Close to a lot and we went to a concert and it was 20 mins from the venue and a great neighborhood. Private and comfortable and the beds are excellent! We would stay again

My stay was perfect. Home was very clean and cozy. You can definitely walk and exercise in the neighborhood its very quite and nice. Walking distance to a lot of stores. Loved the hot tub and game room. Host is definitely responds fast. We definitely will be back to book again.

Great location and neighborhood!

We were in town for a Panthers game and the location was perfect for us - an easy walk to the stadium. The house was clean and as pictured, and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet.

Amazing location!

We absolutely loved the location of this home. In a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to everything we wanted to do! We had an issue at check in but was resolved very quickly! Great communication with the host. We did not check out the garage space, so I cannot comment on the hot tub or that space. The house is definitely older, but we only spent time there to sleep so it worked fine for us.

Awesome house located in the city, near enough you can get anywhere quick, but far enough away it doesn't feel like you're on top of other people. Would definitely come stay here again!

Quiet and great location

Super quiet neighborhood, perfect place for us and our small dog to camp out for a few days. Grass could have been cut, which would have made it easier to clean up after the dog, but we managed. Didn't trust the fence so we kept him on the leash in the back yard. Slept great every night and was able to easily access downtown and suburbs/mountains from this location.

Cute house in nice neighborhood close to great nightlife.

Overall this spot was great. For some reason the hot tub had an error and wouldn’t heat up. Was really looking forward to the hot tub. The bed was extremely comfortable and Allen was great.

Great neighborhood!

Amazing, safe neighborhood. We had our small dog with us and enjoyed walking the area. Very dog friendly neighborhood. Walkable to Lowe's and Publix and several places to eat. The house is small but had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean, cozy and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. It was on a quiet street and in a very nice neighborhood. We were pleased and when we do return the Charlotte, we would rent again.

Your needs are anticipated!

More than almost any place I’ve ever stayed in, this owner thought like a guest and provided multiples of necessities but also had many little things others don’t (extra COMFORTABLE blankets for one example). Our stay was delightful.

Nice Location

This was in a nice location and was a very walkable area. Everything was great, the only issue that we had was that we were unable to let our dog out into the yard because the grass was too high and there were areas in the fence where our dog could have escaped.

Quick trip

This was just a quick stop for us as we were moving from South FL back up north. So this was our half way point, we did not get in until late but communication with owner and access into home was quick and easy. Clean and nice yard for my pup to run before getting back on road.

Traveling with my dog

I wasn’t thrilled with the state of the house when I first checked in, but after reaching out to the owner, things improved. Someone came out the next day and corrected my concerns. I was pleased with the results and the willingness to accommodate my needs. Great location and neighborhood. Would stay again.

The location was in the city but felt residential and homey. House exactly like pictures. Such a charming place with everything we needed. Beds are memory foam, which my family likes but I do not. Not a ding on the house at all, just sharing for awareness. Thanks for having us, Allen!

Perfect for week long work trip

The property was perfect for 2 of us four our work trip. The beds were spacious and very comfortable to sleep on. For the most part the house was clean, but there was a little bit of dog hair around house. But not a big deal. Some pink mold was on the shower curtain, which we ended up finding some cleaner in the kitchen and wiping down ourselves. Theres a window in the front door that looks into the entire house, which we weren't huge fans of. But the neighboorhood seemed pretty safe. Overall the house was the perfect size for us, kitchen was stocked with plates, pots, pans and spices if you wanted to cook. Laundry on site. I forgot my towel but there were towels available. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again!

Great Neighborhood, clean and Basic

Pros: Neighborhood is great - walkable distance to restaurants. Supermarket within walking distance. Quiet street - no nighttime noise. Big comfortable beds - great mattresses and pillows. Relatively affordable. Host is GREAT - very responsive. Cons: Dim and dated - the lighting is relatively harsh in some rooms and paint is relatively dark - this is not one of those tiny-luxe bright and cozy rentals. Small water heater: one long or two short showers before the hot water runs out. Kitchen has an electric stove and not a lot of counter space. Small round table with two chairs in living room - this is not a place where four people can have a group meal. So: if you’re out and about and just want a couple comfortable beds to sleep in and basic appliances, this is a good place to rest your head. If you want to spend hours relaxing in the rental, you may want more space and attention to interior design.
