夏洛特大學城酒店住宿推介

「everything is perfect and i will choose it again while i have chance get back」

「Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the room was, and up to date. However, had a few minor housekeeping issues as soon as I checked in. I had to change the towels because they were blood stained, which grossed me out. Then there was hair in the shower and sink. Parking was $10/day plus tax. Overall stay was pleasant minus the poor housekeeping, but the front desk was very accommodating to my concerns.」

「Good」

「Reasonable price」

「I moved my room after check-in. Because the room I had originally was next to a hotel ventilation facility which made some low frequency noise. The hotel receptionist was very helpful to change my room.」

「Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and it was a great atmosphere. The one issue I had with this location is the fact that they kept giving keys to rooms that were already being used by other guests. That was absolutely not good. A family member walked into a room that was already being used. I put the DND sign on my door and a couple knocked asking if they had the right room which they did but my Husband and I had already been checking a full 24 hours at that point.」

「We stayed here for the Charlotte Speedway fall races. Only 15 minutes to Speedway and 20 minutes the other way to NASCAR Hall of Fame. The staff was extremely helpful and we had no issues with anything. The 1BR suite was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and very roomy. Breakfastwas different every day and constantly had fresh food added. Lots of national chain restaurants close by, but you have to try Boardwalk Billy's and Armored Cow Brewing Company that are close by. Will definitely stay...

「The wash basin and bathtub in the bathroom were blocked. Front desk customer service was unfriendly.」

「nice and comfort」

「convenient area, pharmacy, restaurants, cafe are all in the neighborhoods.....nice to be here instead of downtown with protestors」

「Check in was smooth, front desk was pleasant, 2 different shift personnel, both pleasant. Lobby was decorated for Halloween nicely. I stay at Sonesta Select for Uncc home football games and have always been satisfied. Room has always been clean and beds and pillows are very comfortable. Only stayed in the patio rooms every visit.」

「Very very good hotel, clean rooms, new facilities, the hotel front desk manager is very kind and friendly, I will come back」

「可做饭，沃尔玛买了食品，炖了土豆牛排，体验一次美国生活，满意。有早餐，房价稍贵」

「It is well worth the stay.」
