Unit was really well stocked, so nice having a small amount of supplies for breakfast our first morning. Beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great. Host was very accommodating, and had a very clean and well maintained rental.

We went to concord for a softball tournament. The tournament ended up getting cancelled but we still had a good weekend.

Cute little condo but on a busy road

The unit looks just like the pictures, clean and very well stocked with kitchen items. The white shades are paper so you can’t open them, which is probably fine since the place sits just feet from a very busy road so not what a person would want to look out at. Overall we were comfortable and there was a cool brewery kitty corner from the place. We wouldn’t stay again though. The street noise was constant and a few maintenance items should be addressed.

Perfect for our needs

Property was clean, spacious, and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, and we were able to go to the grocery store and prepare all meals there. We were attending an event at the Cabarrus Arena & Event Center and the property was a quick ten minutes to there as well as any stores we might need. There was a sidewalk with easy access to the Greenway trail which was great. Parking at the property was convenient with no issues. The only issues we ran into were the neighbors across the street being out at all hours making noise, and scaring our dog badly, but if you are back in the bedrooms you can't hear them. All in all a great stay and would use again.

What a great space! The extras really made it even better. The beds were comfortable, everything so neat and clean, and expected clean up work was minimal. I would definitely stay here, again!

Check in and out process was very smooth, our host Tiana was super helpful and also very friendly! The place is cute and decorated, all the little touches go a long way. The beds, pillows and sheets were SO comfy and I wanted to make that known! Thank you so much!

Awesome stay!

Thank you so much! We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we wanted to let you know was we had an issue with roaches and spiders. We came across a few throughout our stay. It wasn’t a big issue but just thought we’d let you know! Thanks again.

Apartment itself was very nice

The apartment was very nice, aesthetically pleasing, very well equipped and comfortable. Downside was noise from upstairs tenant and inability to have natural light at windows. The location was near to conveniences but not on a great street.

Clean and convenient

Spent 3 night there and it was very comfortable. I like the simple design with 0 clutter. All dishes and utensils were supplied so we could cook while we were there. It was a convenient location (east in east out).

We loved our stay in Concord! The space was so nice! Everything was great!

The host was very easy to communicate with. Check in and check out we’re smooth no easy. We loved the space and the proximity to downtown Concord. Everything was clean and there were amenities that we were not expecting. We had a great weekend and staying here was a huge part of that. We will definitely be back!

Centrally Located

We traveled to Mt Pleasant and to Gold Hill. This place in Concord was centrally located. The condo was quaint! Nicely decorated. We slept in the far-back bed and it was so comfy! I loved the little extras the owner put out for her guest! We would certainly stay again when we visit the area.
