Charlotte stay

The property was clean and trendy! If renting multiple rooms, it’s a lot of stairs. Kitchen is nice. It would have been nice to have more than one towel per person for a three day stay and better quality of towel. I would recommend bringing your own.

Great Modern Gem

This was a very nice and modern 4 story Townhouse. Management was receptive to any issues I reported which was awesome. The top level Terrace is awesome. All rooms were spacious. Parking in the garage tricky for unit D . But we made it work. I suggest you get unit D if you have a sedan; we had a large SUV but it still fit. Turn around space for back units is tight. Overall nice property. Hope to stay again. SUV was

Unable to cancel despite unsafe conditions

Tropical storm Debby was approaching Charlotte, so I contacted VRBO and they informed me I needed to contact the property manager. The VRBO representative gave me the property manager’s phone number (informed me the property manager was open at the time) and I immediately called. They did not answer my call (afternoon of 8/6/2024) so I left a message to call em back regarding cancellation due to safety issues. My call was not returned and I called back the morning of 8/7/2024 around 8:30 am. A representative spoke me, and I informed them that multiple news stations had reported unsafe conditions and flooding so I could not drive into Charlotte. They told me I could not get a refund despite the safety issue and I had not recourse.
