Very disappointed

First problem: The air conditioner stated 68 but instead, it felt like around 75.. humidity was 74% on the thermostat. Called appropriate ppl and was told someone would come fix the problem..this was within an hour of check in.. after three phone conversations, multiple texts with pictures.. the air vent filter being removed due to complete fifth… we still never seen a maintenance worker that was suppose to be over to fix the issue at check in.. after two days of calls and texts.. still no resolution. Second problem: The humidity was so high in the apartment, once you leave and come back after a couple of hours… the entire apartment had an odor. Third problem: for a rental to sleep 4. We are given 4 towels and 2 washcloths for 3 days.. for a rental, the apartment is not stocked appropriately. Overall.. the worst rental we have experienced. No one ever came to resolve the issues that were reported, although property manager promised they would get it taken care of. At check out today, the humidity was 78% in the apartment. Would not recommend this rental.
