"My only complaint is actually probably more with Expedia than the hotel. I booked room for four people. Two adults and two teenagers (Expedia will ask ages so I put 16/17). I didn’t think anything else of it. When I got to hotel though was informed that I should’ve booked as four adults- desk told me that policy is anyone over I believe six (might be 8 years old I can’t remember) is considered adult. Was informed that for three nights I would need to pay for the fee for my teenagers which for three nights ended up totaling around $800 USD. I was flabbergasted- I would’ve never booked the room had I been aware of it. Sure it’s a fine hotel but after fees for three nights my total would’ve been around $2500 USD- I don’t feel like that price was worth the hotel for 3 nights. I will say when I checked out I let them know I was disappointed about the extra fee and was able to get the cost for one teen removed. I ended up paying total around $360usd and they did give us breakfast for 3 days. Staff was great and should be commended. They really tried to help. Another tip for anyone reading this- rent a car. Uber isn’t as accessible here as other cities."

"Great location. Amazing rooftop swimming pool. Lots of amenities (i.e. paid laundry, drinks, razors, towels etc.). Clean rooms and were well kept. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!"
