“They charge for cleaning service which is almost the price of the room rent. They also charge for the towels while there is no washing machine or cleaning tools in the suite.”

“The owner of this property didn’t confirm my order and that was 2 days before my arrival due to water leakage, and asked me to book somewhere else. Also, I was charged the full amount because it’s non refundable booking even though I reached out to Expedia and told them about the situation. I think Expedia did a terrible job trying to resolve the issue and failed to do the proper investigation since I have all the email exchanges with the owner of the property through the expedia secure……
