"We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place at the Breakwaters! Extremely clean, fantastic location, comfortable beds and it was equipped with everything we needed for a beautiful week on the Cape with our 2 girls (6 and 8). We have stayed at Breakwaters for several years and this was another wonderful experience! Will definitely be back!"

"We stayed three nights during a vacation exploration of Cape Cod. This was a perfect location. The little house was sweet. Everything you could need and more was supplied. The setup and room layout was perfect, space was utilized well. Slightly cramped getting in and out of bed, but not a big deal. The decor was beach charming. Loved the large bathroom and spacious shower. The neighborhood was quaint, and we totally appreciated the ocean view and cross breezes! Would love to return, thank you!"

"We loved staying at this adorable little cottage! The house was so clean and exactly as pictured on-line. The host was very helpful and nice. The neighborhood was beautiful and perfect for our kids and dog to walk down to the little beach down the street. We highly recommend it and hope to come back next summer :) "

"The house has lovely views and is thoughtfully laid out and equipped. Our stay was so very comfortable. The new beach toys were perfect! And the pond was amazing, clean and quiet, with conservation land edging half of it. Two sit-on-top kayaks and two paddle boards were supplied. The host was very responsive. "
