“It is an old property and very tired. Not very clean.”

“Pleasant setting and easy parking for mobile adults. Not sensitive to mobility challenged guests (no handicap parking assigned and declined when requested.) Room was well appointed. Staff was on staff during brief and specific times — we did not have any advance notice about the limited staff hours.”

“room was clean, friendly staff. for a room of 4 there were only 2 accessible outlets, however one was not properly working. we had a long charging cable that we connected to the outlet in the bathroom which was not ideal but was able to make it work. very central hotel with close proximity to restaurants and shops”

“Hi Jim!We really did enjoy the house! It worked well for our family for sure. Lots of space, the kitchen is great, the downstairs fun and the family room cozy.A couple things:The faucet in the bathtub in the main floor bathroomhad a bit of a problem. Upon turning the water on, the whole thing almost like fell off, and pulled away from the wall. We only used that tub once.The french door out to the deck does not seem to lock. The dead bolt does not engage properly.The door to the main floor……

“The motel is located right next to a golf course. The surroundings are really beautiful. The staff was very caring and genuinely friendly The rooms are very basic. No frills here. Newly purchased, i would expect it will receive a lot of freshening up and upgrading. Really clean and comfortable. For the price of the rooms, you will not go wrong. I highly recommend The Blue Rock. And wish the new owners and their families the best of luck and blessings.”
