Great property in perfect location

The stay was excellent in every respect. In town location right off Main St with spacious accommodations and a nice yard. Would definitely rent again.

September Long Weekend

This home was so perfect for a long weekend with 14 friends. Plenty of bedrooms / sleeping arrangements and the location could not have been more perfect. We loved it here!

Wonderful stay!

We recently rented the Priscilla House for a long weekend for our family to stay to celebrate our son's wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect! Excellent location - just a short walk to the center of town and the beach. Well appointed, kitchen well equipped, and a layout perfect for hosting. Highly recommend!

Great vacation home for multiple families

Great location and perfectly laid out for multiple families. One minute walk to town was great for teenage kids that don’t drive! Beautifully renovated kitchen and bathrooms. All kitchen and beach amenities at our fingertips.

New, Clean and Great Location

Fantastic time at this large, renovated and well appointed house right. in downtown. Plenty of private backyard space for grilling and eating and great fire pit too. Would definitely come back.

Great location!!

They were very friendly and helpful answering questions and my second payment we had a new card-they helped me get it sorted out quickly! They answered my questions about beach towels etc…we were a short walk from a beach! Right next to an excellent bagel /coffee shop! And next to a bike rental! We could walk to many bike shops!! Our home had a great patio where the 18 of us ate most of our meals.

Exceptional!

Priscilla House was even better than we imagined! We had 20 family members from age 13-85 for Thanksgiving weekend and this house perfectly met our needs. Space was larger than we expected from the photos. We could spread out, keep up with football and the World Cup while preparing our feast. We enjoyed meals, played games, did puzzles, and even used the outdoor firepit. The location is perfect- easy access to Main Street shops and a quick stroll to the beach and lighthouse.

Perfect Location for Great Home

They say in real estate location location location. Being situated a short walk to town and the beach was ideal! We were celebrating a birthday and had a multi generational group. Not needing to drive everywhere was great - teens could go off for an ice cream or lobster roll with ease and everyone could manage their days as they wished! And I was so thankful for the dog friendliness of the place! Just watch for the neighborhood rabbit who popped by on occasion to visit (and then get chased by the dog!!). Thank you for the lovely stay!

Perfect Family Reunion location

Beautiful home with room for our large extended family. The location was perfect, in town, but just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was set up beautifully. The outdoor space was used much of the time to hang out, have coffee in the am and beer and wine in the evening. The fire pit was a big hit, late at night. The only draw back was the house got stuffy and hot as the day progressed. The 3rd floor and some 2nd floor bedrooms needed the fans we brought. We were not able to adjust the air-conditioning. The parking started out challenging, but worked out at the end. We made sweet reconnections at this lovely home and will never forget the wonderful memories!

We had a large group stay at The Priscilla House and we really enjoyed our stay! The house comfortably accommodated our large group, the check in/out process was easy & the location was great. MEMORY LANE

I lived summers in the 1960’s at the Priscilla House when it was a rooming house for college girls working in Chatham…. It was fabulous then, and even more fabulous now!!! This was to be a walk down memory lane. But Covid prevented our intended family stay. Fortunately, a few were able to use the time, and we will try again in 2023!!!!

Overall excellent. Dog hair from previous renters caused allergy issues. One “queen bedroom” was not a true bedroom. Otherwise everything was as billed

Perfect house for a large group!

Just had the most wonderful stay at the Priscilla House in Chatham! Our group of 9 couples all had comfortable rooms in this beautifully appointed house. The common spaces were spacious and the kitchen was newly remodeled with top of the line appliances. When we arrived, check-in was seamless and the house was immaculate! The backyard has a great stone patio with large gourmet gas grill and a separate seating area with a gas fired fire pit! We spent every night gathered around the fire enjoying the beautiful Chatham nights. Days were spent taking walks on the local beaches, bike rides, seal watches and enjoying the local restaurants, everything within walking distance! All in all, a perfect getaway!

Great Home and Location!

My group had a great stay at this relaxing and beautiful home. We couldn't recommend the experience enough. The place is just a walk from the beaches and within the mix of the small town. Having the coffee / bagel shop right next door was awesome but definitely a weight gainer. Property management were easy and great to deal with during the entire process of the planning to leaving the property. Thanks for a great getaway weekend.

Chatham at its best!

The house is on Main St. and walkable to all the shops, restaurants and parks along the whole stretch. And in addition it was walkable and bikeable to an awesome uncrowded beach. The best of all worlds!

perfect getaway

Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed pricilla house. it’s excellent location to the town, and the beach. the kitchen was perfectly stocked! beach chairs and beach towels were a plus. the outside provided us with great family gatherings around the fire pit and a great gas grill. we’d all return in a heart beat.

View from the Inside & Outside

The location to town and beach was perfect. Enough sleeping space, living space, and kitchen (with nice appliances and two washers and dryers close by). Clean and comfortable. We were amazed at how quiet the house was - one can not hear any street traffic despite the home's location near town. The home is utilitarian in its furnishings, e.g., bedrooms have a bed, bureau, and a night stand - nothing elaborate or particularly charming. Outside needs some refurbishing - uncomfortable chairs (no cushions), a dead tree that needs to be removed, could use some landscaping and removal of overgrown weeds blocking entrance to the front door, needs some grass. The outside shower we used every day but the floor of the shower needs refurbishing - walking on stones in the shower was not appealing. We tried to hose down the patio blue stones but could not seem to rid them of whatever would make everyone's bare feet dirty - perhaps it needs a good power wash. Adjacent homes have some beautiful gardens - one would hope that this home could increase its outside appeal.

Loved our stay!

The house was perfect for our large family. It was a great house that gave us the room to spread out, have time and dinner together, and take advantage of all Chatham had to offer just down the road.
