Great property, great location

Was a great property. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Main house had everything we needed, with a great layout, good common areas, good kitchen, and a great outdoor space w/grill. Pool house was great as well - plenty of space w/a full kitchen - great for families with kids. Town and beach were walkable - great location.

Cape Stay

We had a group of friends staying at the Chatham bars inn for a wedding and thought we’d explore other options in the area. While everybody enjoyed their stay in the Cape, we had a lot of envious friends and family that wished they had stayed with us at this beautiful property. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic vacation

We absolutely loved our stay in Chatham! This property is everything you will need for a wonderful vacation with family or friends. This was a case where believe it or not the property is even better in person than the pictures, because the layout is so nice. It is very private and the grounds are beautiful, location is perfect. Highly recommend!

Fun girls weekend!

Me and a group of girlfriends had such a wonderful time at this beautiful house! The house is so lovely and the yard and pool is perfect for a relaxing weekend. It’s an easy walk or ride to the center of town and I am already looking forward to my next trip to Chatham!

The Pool Rocks this House!

Our extended family of 12 stayed in this house. Having both the main house and the "sail loft" really worked for us. The teenagers loved having their own space, kitchen, ping pong table and the close proximity to the pool. The house is located in a convenient area, within walking distance to Main Street and Lighthouse beach. Given that every beach we visited had shark warning signs, the pool was a huge hit with everyone! There were a few minor inconveniences, like having no dish towels or hooks in the outdoor shower, but the management company was quick to respond and took care of us. Would recommend this property!

Great option for a group vacation

I'm happy to say that despite the rave reviews about this location we were still overly impressed with the rental. It had everything we could possibly need for a group/family vacation. The check in process and communication made our lives much easier as we knew exactly where to be, how to enter, etc. And, a representation from the property came by to make sure everything was in order - my wife and I were pleased with this level of customer service. The rooms were clean, the house had plenty of sheets and towels, the grills worked great, etc. Our trip to Chatham had some cloudy days so we got to enjoy the property. We used the pool, hot tub, lawn games, etc. It really felt like a family fun resort to us. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone looking to spoil themselves a bit with a trip to Cape Cod.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful weeklong August family vacation at this property. The check-in process was very smooth and easy with a very nice personal greeting from a property manager. The house was ready to welcome us and have fun. The garden was beautiful and lawn was large enough for children and adults to enjoy with multiple activities. The house had plenty of outdoor and indoor games for us to enjoy as well. The pool was very clean and had plenty of seating and umbrellas. The hot tub was a huge hit with the adults and we enjoyed star gazing every night. Communications with the property manager was very easy as they were just a text away and they responded very quickly. It was a vacation we will remember fondly always thanks in huge part to how seamless the stay was. Thank you!

Beautiful House with Plenty of Beds and Space

This house is gorgeous and really well maintained. It has also clearly been remodeled with hosting large groups in mind, which we appreciated. There are two rooms with multiple twin beds, and plenty of other bedrooms and places to sleep. It made everything easy and everyone was happy. The heated pool and hot tub were also great to have. 10/10, would rent again.

Perfect for multiple families

We hadn't seen family since the pandemic and wanted a space we could all enjoy despite kids ages 1-11. The guest house ( barn) was absolutely perfect for my family with kids ages 8-10, and the main house was perfect for my brothers family ( toddlers) and our elderly parents because we didn't have to worry about the little ones falling into the pool. We would absolutely go back!!

Great Family Getaway

This was a great family getaway. Plenty of separate spaces for everyone and nice and relaxing. It's a long walk/short drive to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping. The property managers were extremely helpful as well.
