「I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel」

「No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room.
