"Very small rooms, very limited breakfast. Cereal and bagels for breakfast. They provided complimentary parking, while most hotels in the area charged for parking."

"Parking close enough to lobby to get breakfast was impossible. Parking by our room was great. Had to leave without getting breakfast as no close parking to lobby. Tried to get a coffee to go after 10:00 and none was available. Otherwise I would have given all excellent ratings. We arrived late and front desk person walked to show us where to park and where our room was. Very helpful and friendly. "

"The room was very spacious. Had a comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. The staff had always been friendly"

"The property is in an area on the edge of town that is getting upgraded. The one night we stayed was fine, since we were just passing through. But I don't think we would have chosen this property if we were staying longer."

"The room was dirty with dead bugs on the floor. Dirt around the edges of floor. Although it appears that the vinyl flooring was fairly new, the planks were coming up and were loose. Walking on them made them pop. The breakfast was not good. The only thing that was hot was the coffee. The sausage and eggs were cold as were the biscuits and gravy. Once in the shower, I discovered there was no body wash in the provided wall dispenser. Ala in all, a disappointing experience. Will not return. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Drury Plaza!!! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff {Maddie & Jewel} were so welcoming and kind! They referred us to a dinner spot that was phenomenal {Boathouse}! The rooms were clean & it was quiet! We went to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed our time there. Of note, they do provide towels at the pool. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful with so many options to choose from! We weren’t at the hotel from 5:30-7PM, but they do offer free appetizers/Hors d'oeuvres and drinks at this time. We will be staying here again anytime we come to Chattanooga!"
