Enjoyed our stay

Nice little place, with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, short drive to downtown Chattanooga, easy check in and host was very responsive to any questions. It got a little cold at times but it was manageable. Would stay again.

Wonderful!

It was perfect for my husband and I! Very thoughtful amenities and contrary to the other reviews, the water was piping hot and easy to use. The shower was awesome and the bed was super comfortable! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet

Small, but great place to stay

This property is the finished basement of a home, so it’s small and rustic, but has everything you need for a short stay. It’s clean and comfortable and the host is very responsive. You can hear footsteps from the main house above you, but it was never too loud. The property was centrally located near everything I wanted to explore so I never had to drive too far and it was also in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

Super cute

I enjoyed the stay. Very nice and comfortable basement apt. Coffee, creamer and tea were provided. Bed is nice. The only downfall is no separate thermostat. Over all it was a pleasurable experience!

Nice place in a neighborhood

This was a very basic but handy location for us. Accessible to many points downtown at a reasonable price. Beyond their control there was no hot water for the second morning shower, but when notified of it nothing was offered except an apology.

Fall getaway

Expect a location in the lower level of a home in a quiet suburban neighborhood- private and quiet. We found the place to be very clean and comfortable. There are compact appliances but no kitchen- but we weren't expecting to be cooking.

Comfy stay

Clean and quiet stay close to shopping in Hixson and Chattanooga. Bed was very comfortable and slept well. (One suggestion is perhaps a light by the bed for reading). Thanks Rachel for your hospitality.

Nice stay

We were in town for a big softball tournament and was looking to save money and avoid paying hefty prices for 4 nights at a hotel. The apartment was just what we needed. This option saved us a lot of money and was convenient to everything. Would recommend for those wanting to visit the Chattanooga area.

Lovely neighborhood stay

Unit was as exactly described. Appreciate that it has a private entrance. We didn't have any needs, but were confident that the owner would have been responsive. We had lovely communication with her prior to trip. Loved waking up hearing the birds.

Great Cozy Place

The stay was GREAT! The power went out the first night we stayed so the morning of we had no hot water for our showers, the owners were quick to respond to get a plumber out there asap to fix the problem at hand. Turns out the home owner reset the hot water heater and we had hot water within an hour if that! Great place to stay and easy access for family vaca!

Perfect for a weekend trip

Super clean and in a good neighborhood (I have a tendency of always putting us in a questionable areas lol). Close to everything you want to get to. If I had to suggest anything , more outlets if that’s even possible? And a trash can in the main area. Thanks for having us, we enjoyed our time!

This one-room efficiency apartment was exactly what was advertised, and exactly what we needed for our one-night stay before a family event. Our host, Rachel, was quick to answer questions and provided all the info we needed. The residential neighborhood was super-quiet and seemed very safe.
