Cutest, most comfy place we’ve stayed in a long time! The house was well stocked, very clean, very safe neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for a better place in Chattanooga. Host was attentive and informative. Definitely a place we’d book again when we come back to Tennessee!

The property was great and we would book again if we needed a spot in Chattanooga again! Everything was exactly as described. Parking was very easy and it's in a cute neighborhood. We needed to go to the convention center a lot - but it was an easy (less than ten minute) straight shot there!

Cozy stay

What a beautiful little house to visit Chattanooga. Location is perfect for downtown adventures! House was well kept and clean! They even had a tree up Christmas which was such a warm welcome! We visit Chattanooga often will definitely seek to stay here again! Thanks again!

Perfect weekend gettaway

The house was very stylish and clean upon arrival. The location was perfect. It was very close to downtown, and there were tons of restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minutes. If we ever went back, we would definitely chose this home again.

Quiet location

We stayed here with friends and our dog. Location is close to everything we wanted to see. The home was furnished with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Thank you Derek.

Neat, clean and good location

This 2 bedroom home was clean and well supplied, including coffee. Great location and several restaurants within a few miles. Il Primo, Italian, a short walk. While some stairs, the front porch and backyard fire pit more than made up for that inconvenience.

Absolutely loved the house the inside is exactly like the pictures and even more lovely in person! The location is perfect and your just in reach of downtown chattanooga, the neighborhood is very quiet and everyone around us was very nice and welcoming. My boyfriend and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting chattanooga!

Great location!

The house is quaint and just the right size for our new family of 4. We enjoyed our stay immensely! It was a great getaway after having a newborn and needing a new Change in scenery. It was less than a five minute drive into downtown, great location to the Tennessee river, the aquarium, locations to eat, were abundant, we stopped at Chattanooga Pizza Co, and Sugar Ribs! Both were absolutely amazing! We definitely recommend this place!

Mostly good. Was told the house was beige with a blue door. It was green with an orange door. A few steps meant 15 steps. Next time I know to ask about steps for a one story house.

Chattanooga Stay

I was very happy with this property and the detailed attentiveness of our host. The property was exactly as described and very conveniently located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There was a grocery store within five minutes and it was less than 15 minutes from the aquarium and downtown Chattanooga. It was well stocked with all the basic essentials and very comfortable!!

Better than expected!

Dereks place was better than expected. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The weather didn't cooperate but the fire pit area was absolutely precious! The neighborhood was very quiet, quaint and close to many things. We would 1000% stay here again.

Great home & perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! The house was cozy, clean and cute —exactly what we were hoping for. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and downtown. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, super friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Definitely a Quiet Delight

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Felt like we were staying with a friend. It rained the first day we were there but there was plenty of dry wood to enjoy a fire that evening. We all commented on the abundance of extra thick and soft bath towels. Had a great breakfast at a nearby restaurant, Daily Ration. Easy drive into downtown Chattanooga. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Derek!

Cozy house in great neighborhood

Nicely decorated house with fresh linens. Enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the big TV. Thoughtful things made a difference in this stay such as the coffee station. The beds were comfortable. Convenient location to the sights of Chattanooga with the privacy and safety of a nice neighborhood. Not on a busy street so you don’t get a lot of road noise.

Great place to stay to visit all of Chattanooga

Spent a few days here while visiting family. The house is in a great location. Northshore has great restaurants, is quiet, and is convenient to downtown. Derek is very attentive and checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The firepit area was a great bonus.

Weekend in Chattanooga

The property was just as described in the listing. Clean and neat in a great and safe neighborhood close to everything. Derick was a great host who sent us everything we needed to know about check in and check out in advance of our trip. I really liked the fact that they provided paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and conditioner. Most places just provide samples but Derick provided enough for the whole trip. Even coffee (both drip and K-cup) was provided. Great place - great host that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Chattanooga.

Super Comfortable, Clean, and Close to Everything!

Great 2 bedroom home close to everything Chattanooga has to offer! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for any culinary endeavor, and the host provides a perfect supply of shower and bathroom essentials, fluffy towels, soft sheets, spices, and laundry supplies. The home is very cozy and has a great outdoor space. My husband and I are in our 60's and we had no issues with anything. We will definitely rent this home again when we visit our son in Chattanooga next time. Everything was perfect! Derek is a great host.
