"Webb's was perfect for our stay with the dogs in the lake area. Conviently located with a great jacuzzi in the room and a fenced in patio that the dogs loved to sit on and people watch. As the manager said, we may not be a 5 star resort but we are friendly and make you feel at home!"

"A clean, quiet and safe vintage motel. Mediocre heat and A/C, but no worse than most inexpensive motels. There are two or three decent taverns in town offering meals, and a good diner for breakfast."

"The property was great. Nice large space with a dock. Host was great and got back to me quickly. There were a ton of amenities so you did not need to bring much. They had beach towels, life jackets, fishing rods, anything you might need for a trip. The one thing to point out is the layout is different. This would be perfect for 2 couples with kids but if you had 3 couples, it might not work. The one bedroom was in the back and to get to the main living area you have to go through another bedroom. One room had good drawer space to put your clothes. The other rooms had a little drawer space or none. There’s a nice little outdoor space too with a fire pit. The location was awesome too - just a quick 2 minute drive to Bemus Point but most days we took the boat we rented. They are also pet friendly and had dog bowls for you to use too."
"This was THE BEST CABIN IN THE WOODS! I have been to other cabins but this was the best! It was secluded, private, and in the middle of the woods. No TV, no BS! The hosts did a great job of having a great place with clean sheets and towels, what else could you want? Yes there were a few bugs, but it’s in the woods, what do you expect? It’s about 2 hours from Niagara Falls if you want to go you have plenty of time to go for the day and be back in time for s’mores around the campfire. Don’t look for a Starbucks there isn’t one for 20 miles. The coffee has to be made old school on the stove in a percolator pot because the cabin doesn’t have enough electric service to support a coffee maker. So suck it up and deal with it for a few days. This is truly a GREAT PLACE TO STAY! The nights were beautiful and the days were even better. We cooked over the fire and played cards and games outside on the picnic table. Hot water for showers and a flushing toilet. No neighbors and distractions unless you bring them."
"Outstanding vacation home. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to all of Bemus Point attractions. Home was very clean and loaded with amenities. Ben and Kelly were super hosts. They were always there when we needed them. The washer and dryer were very helpful. We both loved the bed and slept peacefully each night. I almost forgot about the cookies. Great cookies -- just need to get the recipe."
"It was decent overall. The Cottage is right on the inlet which is nice and the location has a lot around it.Inside the cottage was nice. There were basic cooking utensils for inside cooking but none for the grill outside so plan to bring your own if needed. The cottage was clean and had fresh linens. There was a window ac unit in the bedroom to ensure it stayed a decent temperature for sleeping. The TV was easy to use and you can log into your accounts as needed. The wifi somehow wasn't strong and tended to be kinda spotty for my devices. The hot water only lasts for 1x ten minute shower, so if multiple people want to shower in a row, with warmish water, plan accordingly. The tank takes more than 20 mintues to reheat. Also, the seasonal hot tub, means in the winter, although I'm not sure where it would be on the property, even in the winter.Unfortunately during our stay the power went out because of some high winds. The water also went out with the power, which was the most inconvenient part of this. Also, if this happens to you, know that even after the power comes back on, it took overnight for the water to come back on. Lastly, if another group rents out the other cottage near you, then be prepared to be decently close to other people in the shared outdoor space. This cottage does have its own patio and grill area which is great but you do have to walk past the other cottage to get to this one. No big deal but not super private. It'd be great if you had a large group and wanted to rent out both properties."
"This accommodation is excellent. The owner has everything in the house that you would need other than actual food which no one provides. I have now stayed in this rental 3 times and completely recommend it for anyone. It’s a great place to stay and unwind and enjoy the lake life."
