“This property was ideal for our needs of 10 people ages 25-96 from 5 states. Beautiful beach location with enough space for fun, common areas and comfortable, private space for everyone including private baths.The hot-tub photo on the website should be deleted as that does not exist and a few details need attention such as waste baskets in bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen towels, etc but overall well stocked and functional. “We loved our 2 week stay at the Grey Goose! The sleeping arrangements worked well for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The beach amenities were great! Plenty of chairs. The umbrellas were in great condition. Our kids enjoyed using the buckets and shovels to make sand castles. Lots of beach towels provided too! “This cottage is ground level with an adorable nautical themed appearance. The property host was first rate. Cottage is situated on a quiet dead-end street with parking out front. There is almost no traffic on the street but it connects to a through highway with easy access to nearby services. Old Orchard Beach is nearby with scenic ocean views. We took advantage of the Downeaster Amtrak station a half mile away that afforded convenient transportation to Boston. Supplies and furnishings,……

“Great, comfortable place to stay. The location is super walkable. There are several bars/restaurants very close, and other areas are close enlighten to walk to as well (I.e. Congress Street). Commercial is a bit of a walk, but if you’re like us and love to walk a new area. It’s not that far. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. Communication was great. We would stay here again!”
