"Our family of six fit perfectly in this home that was 10-15 minutes from American side of the falls. Easy parking and safe neighborhood. House is just what you need for a few days stay."

"Had a fun time"

"I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay."

"The listing stated that there was 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 full We had 3 couples with us and this listing of the sleeping arrangements were inaccurate. There was a king, a full, and 3 twin beds. This made for sleeping extremely difficult. Had we known the accurate sleeping arrangements, we would have made different accommodations. The house itself was clean and beautiful, it just did not accommodate for the size of our party."

"Our family just lived this sweet Victorian house. The little hidden treasures are in the decor, for sure! Of course our teens (and those who felt like teens, but regretted the next morning) loved the game room. The kitchen/dining area have the open concept with the living room so making dinner doesn't mean leaving the family. I love that."

"We only had 4 garbage bags for the tall can in the kitchen. There were no potholders to get stuff out of oven. You need a sink stopper for the kitchen. Shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was placed too high and water got all over the floor. Took a very long time for the water upstairs in bathroom to get hot."

"I really enjoyed this property. The gym/pool table room was huge! And so well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was modern and also very well equipped. Couches comfortable. Shower/jacuzzi was a little quirky. Water came out HOT or COLD. No warm or jets. Maybe a house manual would help! But overall AWESOME! would def come back!"

"The owners are still working out some kinks, as they are new to the short term rental world. They were very receptive to inquiries and responded quickly. The site is a little noisy due to location. Wish them all the best as they move forward."

"Getting to the property is very easy off the highway and has plenty of street parking. It is extremely close to the falls in all of the activities going on over there. The neighborhood looks a little rough, but there are a lot of families and other renters in the area. The house was extremely quiet and had everything we needed in the kitchen and cooking areas. You have full access to laundry, which we cleaned all of our clothes before we left, such a nice thing to do. I would definitely rent...

"Initial impression was a wow factor, what we did not like was general lack of pans. We had to buy our own frying pan which we kindly left. Could also use a pizza screen, baking sheet. Complementary coffee would be nice. We would recommend and stay again."
