“Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive”

“A great place to stay while in Boston, the hotel itself offers free breakfast which includes full breakfast and delicious meals in their French style restaurant, a lovely lobby to hangout and all day coffee/hot tea which becomes a great plus for the winter time in Boston. “Perfect location for Marathon Runners, closed to back drop area and Finish line. Walk within 5 mins can arrive hotel to take shower and rest. Provided Microwave Oven also helps a lot! Staff's responses are also very fast. “Hotel was easy to find but parking is an issue if you don't reserve a spot but at $50 a day. There is a nearby enclosed parking place that is a few blocks away which we paid only $13 for overnight parking. Also, the desk clerk did not provide a clear picture of what the street parking restrictions were. Beyond that, the front desk was always helpful, positive and eager to answer questions. Given this was our first time in the Cambridge area, wasn't sure of how safe it was but we found no issues,……
