「Hotel needs a deep clean. The carpets are dirty, walls are pretty gross with spills, splatters, and unknown substances. It also has a very musty smell through hallways. The rooms are large, bathrooms are small, and beds are pretty comfortable.」

「The room was very small, with a very small table for things, and only one outlet for electrical devices, which didn't even work. The pool and hot tub were both out of service ... The pool was green, and hot tub had no water. Not sure if the ac worked or not, because the lobby had box fans everywhere... Let's just say the pictures made it look like Amazon, and we got the TEMU version」

And we immediately had to leave as I couldn’t breathe. My daughter also had trouble breathing and got dizzy. I took a breathing treatment and she went back in to check out/cancel the room. The manager removed all fees for us immediately. As she also didn’t want me to end up in the hospital with asthma...

「The room was gross. There were cigarette burns and stains on every piece of bedding. Large spills on the wall that were never cleaned. The bathroom was not clean. We didn’t even end up staying because it was so bad. The lady at check in was very friendly but the gentleman the we asked about the bedding stated “I don’t know it happens.” By far the worst place I have ever stayed.」
