「We love out of the way places. This one qualifies. Very isolated, yet not far from Woodstock and other great places to visit. Well stocked. Comfortable and clean location.We didn't visit the small pond at the bottom of the hill. But it looks like it would be good fun, especially with children. Saw kayak next to a shed. 「We had a wonderful time at this lake house, more than enough space for 4 adults and so convenient to the Lake Morley Resort wedding we attended --could walk to all the festivities. The house is ideally located to capture the sunrise and sunsets on the lake, with great outdoor spaces for relaxing with coffee or a glass of wine. It is a nice 5 mile walk/jog around the lake.Great communications with the owner in terms of the check in and out process.」

「This place hit all the boxes for our annual family trip. For context, that included 7 adults and 5 kids. 「We had a great time at this fun historic home in Barnard/Woodstock. It was the perfect location to hike, explore the area and spend a great time with our friends who lived right next door. Highly recommend.」
