Private parking directly outside the house.

The Space:
This lovely 3-bedroom home offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and thoughtful design across multiple levels. The heart of the property features a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances, including built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, flowing seamlessly into a comfortable dining area. Private parking outside the property for up to 3 vehicles.

The inviting lounge provides the perfect space to unwind, complete with a traditional log burner for cosy evenings and TV, with ROKU box, for entertainment. Upstairs, three well-appointed bedrooms, one super king, one twin room, and one single room, accommodate up to five guests, served by both an en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom, both offering excellent water pressure for an invigorating shower. Getting Around:
By Bus
The most convenient option is the H service bus with a stop just 50 meters from the property at the top of Tommy Taylor's Lane. Buses run every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday, and every hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays, connecting you directly to the town center.

On Foot
Cheltenham town center is a pleasant 1.6km walk away. The most scenic route takes you east along Swindon Lane towards the racecourse, then right down Evesham Road. The racecourse itself is easily walkable via this same route.

By Car
Street parking is available directly outside the property. For town center visits, you'll find various car parks accessible via the A435 Evesham Road - turn right into Clarence Road for Portland Street, North Place, or Brewery Quarter car parks, or left for Town Centre East and other central locations. Note that parking charges may apply depending on timing.

Local Transport
Additional D and E bus services run from Cheltenham Spa Railway station through the town center to the Racecourse Park & Ride, providing alternative connections when needed.

Other Things to Note:
Railway Crossing
There's a level crossing on the route to some local shops which can cause delays due to frequent train services. We recommend the Windyridge Road route to Sainsbury's to avoid this.

Locked Areas
The workshop and garden office remain locked as they contain owner belongings and are not accessible to guests.

Pets
