Barn in Cotswolds with Hot Tub & Scenic Views

Located in the charming village of Little Rissington in the Cotswolds, this stylish barn conversion offers a comfortable and contemporary retreat perfect for families, friends, or couples. With a mix of modern amenities and scenic surroundings, it’s an ideal base for exploring the beauty of the Cotswolds.

The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and bi-fold doors that open to a private garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a thoughtful welcome pack. A dining area provides a space for shared meals, while a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer ensures added convenience.

The ground-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a double room and a twin room with zip-and-link beds, making it a versatile choice for families or groups. Two sleek bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

The barn features a private garden with a hot tub, outdoor seating, and scenic views—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The location is ideal for discovering nearby attractions such as Bourton-on-the-Water, known as the "Venice of the Cotswolds," and Bibury, famous for its iconic Arlington Row. Enjoy walking trails, cycling routes, and family-friendly attractions like Birdland Park and Gardens.
