“Nice resort. Small. Only four restaurants so if you are there for many nights you may get bored with the cuisine. Good was good except for the steak house. After a good rain the rooms smell musty and like sewer. We stayed in the closest building to the pool. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The beach was nice. We went during seaweed season so there was a lot of seaweed daily on the beach. The staff worked night and day to try to clear it. The staff was exceptional. Kind, friendly and helpful.……

“The service and hotel were amzing ! We get there and Elizebeth greats us with a smile and she were drained and shots for me and my family. And than after the check in she introduced us to Alfred or personal concierge for our entire stay! Alfred was amazing. We got there and he’s like let me show you guys where the restaurant is because I know you guys are hungry as we’re walking. He’s explaining the hotel he explains. He’s our private concierge as well. He explains on the way that we could go go……

“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

“The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water……

“Our stay was amazing! We loved being right on the ocean, it was so relaxing. Guest services reached out to us to check in a couple of times and that made our trip even smoother, knowing they were there if we needed anything.”

“Bar , restaurant next door good food . Room ac only in bedroom , living area could be warm in hot season Staff and grounds in good condition, except for the seaweed but this problem was up and down the coast”

“We Stayed 20 days. The kind staff, breakfasts and morning yoga with Sol were amazing. However, I wish the place focus more on welnes as they claim. ​The daytime atmosphere was unbearable. Deafening party music blasted by the pool from 11 AM to 8 PM daily. It was impossible to relax. We, and other guests, were forced to escape to nearby cenotes just to find peace. ​We complained multiple times. Zero improvement. Management claimed loud music increases spending. The reality? It drove everyone……
