「We came to Tulum for my daughter’s 20th birthday and we had a great time! The lighting was beautiful and dim when we arrived but we prefer brighter lights so we asked the host and he came and changed the light bulbs for us so that it would be brighter. Whenever we needed anything he was very prompt with great recommendations for everything. I would highly recommend!」

「This is our third time staying at the Kiki. We keep returning because of how consistently well kept, clean, and organized this apartment is. The communication with Oliver is outstanding. He always meets our expectation, and travelling as a family, sometimes we have a lot requests. The pool was necessary because of the seaweed at the beaches! We look forward to returning. 」
