“The place is absolutely beautiful. The lake views are incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had excellent suggestions about where to go and what to do.”

“Clean and comfortable rooms with very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for a couple nights while visiting the Bryson City/Cherokee area. Basic breakfast. I did not find it walkable into town given the hot weather in August though.”

“Breakfast was just a muffin and coffee or juice. But that was fine with us. We're not breakfast people very much. The room was comfortable ,clean and well stocked. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our trip. Will stay here again. ”

“This HIE unit is clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It's a bit further from Western Carolina University than the Comfort Inn but will be our go to from here on out. Everything, including level of service, way exceeded the other options. Definitely recommend. ”
