“We enjoyed our stay, the location and view was amazing. Easy ck in, easy ck out. Chelsea was great. The only problem I had was the comfort of the furniture. My son and I stayed 4 days, he is 6'2", therefore I had to use the guest room, with a twin trundle bed, as it was way too short for him. The primary room bed was comfortable. The trundle bed is not. I would suggest putting a comfortable larger guest bed in that room that is for an adult. The L shaped sofa is comfortable on top, but way too……

“Cute, well appointed Cottage. Moderate walk to town (would be ideal if they provided bikes, but the reality of bike theft in Chico makes that almost an impossibility). The one big downside was the distinct smell of cigarette smoke. *it is advertised as non-smoking, but apparently someone didn’t give a darn*. Considering they knew about the smell, it would have been understandable if they had first, mentioned it to us upon booking and second, offered a discounted rate.”

“Pros- house was in a good location within walking distance to campus, host was responsive, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Cons- bathroom floor grout was covered in mold/mildew, house sleeps eight but only three bath towels provided. One bedroom had the fan remote missing and got very hot, one bed was very uncomfortable. Washing machine didn’t work. ”
