「I live only one hour away from Little River but wanted to stay a few nights to do some fishing without having to make the drive every day, so being right across the street from the boat ramp was super convenient! The hotel was nice. I didn't have the breakfast and I didn't try the indoor pool so I can't speak on either of those. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they...

「Nice beachfront view from dirty window. I got stuck/ trapped in the elevator. No one answered the phone! Don’t know how long I was stuck. Started pressing buttons and eventually door partially opened enough for me to slide out before slamming closed. I was still on 4rth floor and used stairs for remaining time even with debilitating arthritis. No one in locked front office. Key didn’t work and no dead bolt so had to leave door unlocked to get back in.」

「I chose the wrong room and was in the BW annex A room king bed. Ref microwave Smelled musty. Was told since I went through a third party they could not changed anything. They told me there were no ocean front or views available. Which was not true Didn’t eat breakfast cause it is in the main building. Not sure if I would stay there again. Could have got something cheaper across the street If you stay there make sure you don’t get stuck in the annex」

「Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly 」

「This property was extremely nice, high-end upgrades as well and jt definitely felt like home. The only negative was we were supposed to have a King bed and it was clearly two smaller beds put together. The "crease" in the middle was uncomfortable and definitely not what was advertised.」
