Our favorite part of the property is the closeness to Cook Forest SP & its perfect for just me & my hubby.Always clean & easy check in/check out too. Amanda & Michael are the best at communication & we appreciate that too!It rained several days, so maybe the next time we can finally have a campfire!This year we stayed 5 nights to venture to see different areas to add to our PA State Park list - Oil City/Oil……

“Trout View Cottage is a perfect getaway for anyone! Beautifully located, steps away from the creek which was so much fun to explore. Many different trails to hike in the area, also kayaking available right down the road. The cottage is newly renovated and you couldn’t ask for cuter decor! It was spotless and had anything you would need, definitely appreciated the attention to detail. We plan on coming back in the spring!”

“The house was clean, comfortable, warm, and perfect for our family of 6. We were in the area on a business trip and the house was great. Kids could do school work comfortably while husband went to work. We did some sightseeing (Drake’s Well) and some adventures in town (recommended Big Joes in North Warren). Enjoyed the board games in the evenings. Overall, a cozy house! ”
