My husband is on a low carb diet. The chef made breakfasts for him that we were exactly within his diet plan.
We enjoyed speaking with the innkeeper & the other guests.
We visited the Baseball Hall of Fame, the Glimmerglass Opera House, family farms and numerous antique shops within a 25 mile radius.

We loved staying in this big old mansion and appreciating how they built them in the old days. Jim and Susie are warm, friendly and accommodating hosts. The breakfast each morning was tasty and delicious. We got to really appreciate how nice Cherry Valley was when we went downtown to Cooperstown one night. What a horrible tourist town. It was nice to get back to Cherry Valley. We were there for the Glimmerglass festival which is very close and only a few minutes away.

Really enjoyed the Victorian ambiance, the intricate woodwork, the period furniture and setup, even the draftyness in the halls at night when it was cold outside.
Breakfast was amazing both days, the host (Jim) was kind and generous.
