「This is effectively a bedsit room in a house of similar rooms. The room itself was clean with sheets towels and tea and coffee sachets provided. The shared bathroom and toilets were reasonable and uncluttered. The carpets need a deep clean or replacement. Similarly replacement required if the old fridge which had rust on the freezer door and was frozen shut . The kitchen itself was adequate. Best thing was the reasonable cost and location in town plus good communication.」

「The kitchen was very dirty there were no cups or plates or knives or spoons or forks in the kitchen. No pans or one very dirty pan. I had to clean the micro-wave. I made an complaint about that but they did not do anything about the situation. The floor of the bedroom was full of stains, bathroom door was dirty. 」

「It was ok the house was clean and modern but my room had some issues that were never resolved No blinds on the window.. then i found them in drawer Headboard broken Temperature knob for radiator snapped off」

「This property and the host owner combined mean you cant find anything better. Apart from a substantial welcome food and drink package there were Christmas decorations including a fully decked out tree. Wonderful stay in a wonderil property in a great location.」
