“The apartment is pretty great and the listing is accurate. Owners provide to parking spacing for the lower unit. Very spacious living room and dining room/ kitchen. 2 bedrooms can fit 6 or 7 people comfortably plus a very large couch in the living room. Only complaint we had was that as many reviews have said, the bathroom is not very big at all. Owners provide coffee, tea, powdered creamer, spices in the kitchen. “Such a cool place to stay walking distance to the town of Warwick. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. Plenty of room in the 2 bedrooms and was a great living room with tv all the way upstairs. Too bad it was too windy to go out on the terrace. Like it says in the listing, just be prepared for lots of steps.”

The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby.”
