Room was clean. Looked like it had not long been decorated. Staff were friendly both at check in, when my autistic son was extremely tired and at check out. They have an on site cafe, which I didn't use but it smelt good. Services next door included a macdonalds. Will definitely stay again to break up a long journey.

We couldn't have asked for a better welcome from the staff. They were lovely. Changing things around for us due to our own circumstances, so friendly with the kids and overall really happy people. Room was ok. Pillows felt cheap and far too soft, they made you too hot. Bathroom was good and very clean but water didn’t soak away very fast and you couldn’t hold water in the sink. Breakfast was disappointing but the staff were very helpful in the morning. The reception when we arrived wasn’t great, he needs some customer service training. Evening menu was really limited plus the dining area is very small and was full of families with small children running around so not good for eating and relaxing. The dining area definitely needs looking at as not appropriate for a hotel stay.
