“The communication was not very good. I kept having issues with the check-in. The only way I could straighten it out was to call directly. They put me on a side where construction was going on, so they were working from 630 am in the morning until 6 pm. I was happy with the room; it was clean and nice. It was disappointing that they couldn't put me on a quieter side. I didn't know how to contact them to solve this. The fact that everything was remote , left me with a bad experience. There should……

“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“The property was located in a good area for what we where there for. The staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Our check-in time was 3pm we arrived around 4pm. Upon entering the property it was clean and smelled amazing. Once we made it to our room it wasn't clean the bedding was still on from the previous guest, microwave was dirty as well as the floor had a sticky substance on it which means it hadn't been mopped, the TV in the bedroom did not work. “They had to move us to a different hotel because the elevator was out in the press house. We stayed in the Williams and the experience was awful. The room smelled like someone was hiding trash in it, that on top of being moved further away from the parking I pre-bought was incredibly frustrating. We got in late so we didn't want to have to move rooms either.”

“I actually got the "suite" for a family member and his sons. Unfortunately, the pre-teens became mischievous after my family member fell asleep (after a long funeral service). Security called and texted me several times to let me know about their misbehavior. I understood. What I did not appreciate was the tenor of the persons tone as he threatened a few times to "call the cops," even after I assured him that I had reached my family member. His manner was mean-spirited and ominous. Then again,……
