“The overall impression is really good, the room is very big and there are kettle for boiling water and the shower is really good too. But the early morning when we tried to check out, there was not a single person on the reception and no one answer phone call on the emergency tel no., at last we just leave our room key on the table.”

“We booked this location based on other reviews and were not disappointed. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Food was very good, our room was clean and spacious with lovely decor. "The staff are friendly and proactive in offering assistance (Special thanks to Roxana for her kind assistance)The hotel is conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and is approximately a ten-minute walk from both the train station and the bus stop. The room is well-lit and tidy, although the drainage in the washbasin is somewhat clogged, resulting in very slow water flow. This is my third stay at the hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bath."
