"The hotel is right in the centre of the Old Quarter and, despite the noise of the streets, it is very quiet. The swimming pool is smaller than it appears in the photos, but it is a nice alternative in a hot rainy day. The staff are extremely kind, friendly, professional and helpful. Mrs. Hannah and Ms Ivy are really wonderful! Breakfast varies everyday, which is quite unusual in a 4-5 stars hotel and all dishes are top quality and pretty delicious. I recommend it vividly!!"

Staff are so friendly and helpful with anything you need. We stayed for a couple of nights and then went to Ha Long Bay Area and when we came back we had our same room which was so great! Spotless property and good breakfast especially the items you ask for like the eggs and soup. Definitely have the hotel arrange transportation for you regardless of where you are arriving from or going to for a seamless and worry free experience as the international arrivals terminal is nuts!! We can’t recommend this hotel any higher! It was a highlight of our trip! Thank you for everything."
