Pros: Convenient location, quiet environment, good restaurants nearby Cons: Small and basic rooms, look a bit tiring like an hostel, simple breakfast, like bread and cereal.

Très bon rapport qualité / prix et localisation !

Nous sommes restés 5 jours. Petite chambre très propre, avec climatisation, frigo, télévision, wifi... Petite salle de bain mais correcte. Très bien située dans le centre ville dans un quartier très calme, des cafés et restos à coté. Bon petit déjeuner. Possibilité également de laver ses affaires ou de réserver des excursions. La femme à l'accueil était extrêmement gentille et attentive à nos besoins. Elle nous a prêté un sèche-cheveux et réservé un taxi pour nous. Vraiment je recommende, très bon rapport qualité /prix à Chiang Mai.

Great service in the land of smiles!

The service at this little hotel is excellent. Bottled water is delivered fresh to your room daily, my flight was a bit late and the host had to be called from her home. She hustled in apologizing for making me wait, even though it was after hours and my fault for not warning her I was on a late flight. She also called me a taxi for the return trip to the airport. Beds are extra firm, as in most hotels of this price point, pillows are soft, AC is cold. There is a small screen porch with laundry sink, which could be used to dry wet things, but the on site washer and dryer are cheap and faster. In the event that you drink more water than arrives magically at your door each day, there is a water bottle refill station on site as well. There is also a beautiful temple right next door that deserves a walk thru.

A pleasant surprise

Overall I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised. As the place had little reviews I wasn't sure what was I getting myself into but the place is clean, affordable and located in a good spot so overall 👌

物有所值的旅館

今次住了14晚，房間相片和实际環境一样，整潔、舒適。早訂價錢平，無論找食肆、來往機埸、去 Maya 等，都很方便。但每次開花灑都有一陣像臭蛋的味道，要隔一陣才可用，老闆娘說已找人檢查過，但找不到原因。
