很值得入住的一家飯店
此次入住升等家庭房，孩子玩得非常開心。 樓頂游泳池很棒，大推。 房內空間寬敞，櫃台服務態度也很棒，除了位置稍嫌偏僻外，其他方面近乎完美。

硬體設施不錯，但還有很多需要改善的地方
飯店還蠻新的，但是有很多地方還可以再改善；check-in很迅速，清潔人員也很有禮貌，房間整體來說還蠻乾淨的，但是隔音不好，容易被樓上活動的聲音吵醒，廁所管道的聲音也很明顯，一早就聽到樓上房客沖馬桶的聲音；房門的隔音不太好，早上八點就聽到房務打掃隔壁房間的聲音...一整晚睡得不太好。 疫情當下防疫措施做得不到位，除了飯店內防疫設施不足（消毒酒精提供得不多），吃早餐的時候因為人數較多，帶位人員還問是否要與陌生人併桌（應該可以在入住時盡量做到早餐人數分流），前面的客人離座之後僅收走餐盤，卻未將桌面消毒。 地下停車塲堆放許多雜物，機車恣意停放，建議飯店加強管理，讓入住的旅客感覺乾淨，整潔且舒適。

房間地板有髒物
入住整體是很不錯，只有一點點就是房間內，有沒清理乾淨的餅乾。游泳池開放時間跟門口上寫的不一樣，因為去門鎖起來，但通知櫃台有馬上處理，房間有浴缸會更加的加分。
